Can Someone Tell Me How to Drag an Image Not Web Address from the Internet onto Pages

I'm having problems, when last i've dragged an image from the internet i've got the image into pages without a problem. Today in the middle of my work it's decided not to drag the image but the web link. How do i change this back?
